We, at Home Theatre Experts, pride ourselves on designing and installing strong, dependable home systems. From security to A/V to full home automation, we have partnered with manufacturers that make the best products and stand behind them. When it comes to these electronic systems, most customers want to keep them running with the latest features and updates. There are also issues that can arise that are out of anyone's control such as power and internet outages that can cause a system to malfunction.
In order to ensure our customers continue to get the best performance from their systems, we offer our System Care plans. We have two levels that give you the assurance of knowing your system stays up to date and is always running at it's best. Our System Care is offered on a quarterly basis which gives you one home visit to do a thorough test of your components and lets us run updates on any equipment that is available. With our System Care Plus plan, you also get remote monitoring of your system, which allows us to see and repair most network and power issues in real time without even needing to make a service call.

* Normal service call rates are $100 per man/hour with a $150 minimum. System Care subscribers get a rate of $75 per man/hour with a $75 minimum.

System Care and System Care Plus plans are based on a quarterly subscription. There is a 2 quarter minimum. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
